The “Enrico Bernardi” Machine Museum houses precious examples of internal combustion engines that marked the history of motor technology in Europe in the second half of the 19th century. From the first Pia engines to the four-stroke Lauro engines, up to the three-wheeled vehicle, all the exhibits on display are the work of Enrico Bernardi and represent milestones of Italian engineering. In addition to the engines, the museum preserves autograph notebooks, original drawings, and notes of the inventor, allowing to retrace the thoughts and intuitions that led to his extraordinary innovations. Thanks to videos and interactive screens, visitors can observe the operation of the engines and explore every detail of the collection.
